This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the European general regulation on the protection of personal data EU 2016/679 and of the applicable national legislation or regulations (“Regulation” or “GDPR”) relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data , to those who interact with the services and the website at the address https://www.stilopress.it (hereinafter also the “Site”) and describes the methods of management and processing of the related personal data.
The information is provided only for the use of the services provided by Stilopress S.r.l. directly or through the Site and not for other services or websites that may be consulted by users via links.
Stilopress S.r.l. reserves the right to modify all or part of this GDPR Information and related cookie policy. All changes will be effective following the publication on the website of the GDPR information and the updated cookie policy. The use of the Site or the use of the services after the policy change implies acceptance of these changes.

Type of data processed
Data provided by the user through the Site such as name and surname, address, telephone, email, data relating to the services activated or requested.
Navigation data: the IT systems used to operate the Site acquire some personal data transmitted using secure protocols. This collection is in no way aimed at identifying the user but this could take place through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses, the browser identifier, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (for example success, error) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used only for statistical purposes and for monitoring correct functioning.
Processing purposes
Provision of the requested service
The personal data provided by users who use the Site service (filling in the form), are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested.
The basis of legitimacy of the processing is the execution of a specific request and/or a contract or the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. The provision of data is mandatory and failure to enter the information indicated as mandatory will not allow you to use the service requested through the Site.
Direct marketing
With your explicit consent, Stilopress S.r.l. could process the user’s data for carrying out marketing activities, also of specific interest relating to its own products or services or those of partners, research or market studies.
In this case, the basis of legitimacy of the processing is the consent, which is optional with the consequence that the lack of consent does not affect the execution of the contract or of the specific request.
Without prejudice to the opt-out right, the Data Controller may in any case process the data for sending communications and promotions of products or services similar to those previously purchased by e-mail.
Mode of communication
The personal data collected will be processed only by appointed personnel who need to know it according to their activity or by external subjects who perform services on behalf of the Data Controller (for example the management of the IT system, agencies and communication companies) or who collaborate with the owner and who will be able to act as data processors or independent owners.
Methods of treatment
The processing of personal data takes place through IT tools suitable for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the data and in compliance with the security measures deemed adequate by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 32 GDPR, through secure communication protocols with SSL encryption algorithms.
The data may be processed electronically, including automated, with or without the use of electronic tools (including e-mail, fax, telephone and any other remote communication technology) according to principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency.
The data could be transferred to a third country on the basis of the adequacy decisions of the European Commission or on the basis of adequate guarantees provided by current legislation. The personal data collected will not be disclosed.
Storage period
The personal data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and for the maximum time required by law (10 years in the case of purchases of services on the Site).
The processing of data for marketing purposes will be processed and stored (except for opt-out) for a time appropriate to the interest shown by the person to whom the data refers to the initiatives of the Data Controller who will periodically verify the effective persistence of the interest.
As regards the technical data managed by the Site, such as cookies, the retention period is defined by the technical characteristics of the cookies themselves.
Rights of the interested parties
By sending an email to info@labvr.it, all the rights provided for by the Regulations may be exercised, including i) knowing the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of treatment and communication ii) rectification (to update and rectify the data ) iii) deletion of data (oblivion) iv) limitation (to limit processing) (iv) portability (receiving the data provided and transmitting it to another holder) v) revocation of the consent given and opposition to the processing.
